Clement L. Tsao
Clement Tsao is an associate attorney with Cook & Logothetis where he practices labor and employment law representing labor unions, individual plaintiffs, and employee benefit plans. Clement first joined Cook & Logothetis in August 2011 as a law clerk and in May 2013 became an associate.
Prior to joining Cook & Logothetis, Clement spent six years working as a union organizer, first for UNITE HERE organizing hotel workers in New York and Washington DC, and then for AFSCME organizing in home based child care providers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Wanting to pursue a career in plaintiff and union-side labor law, Clement decided to go to law school.
During law school, Clement worked at the Department of Labor – Office of Administrative Law Judges, National Labor Relations Board – Cincinnati Regional Office, and Beeson, Tayer & Bodine. In 2010, Clement completed a United Nations internship at the International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland where he attended the 2010 annual International Labor Conference.
Clement earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2012 and his undergraduate degree in ethnic studies from Brown University in 2003.
