Robert E. Richardson, Jr. is an associate with Cook, Portune & Logothetis. Mr. Richardson's practice areas include labor and employment, products liability litigation, and general litigation. Mr. Richardson received both his BSE in electrical engineering and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati. While at the University of Cincinnati he established the first college chapter of the NAACP in the Tri-state and was elected Student Body President in the spring of 2001. In 2002, Mr. Richardson became the first African American to be awarded the Presidential Leadership Medal of Excellence, which is the highest honor given by the University of Cincinnati to students who demonstrate leadership and commitment to community service on campus and in the Cincinnati community. In 2005, Mr. Richardson graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati School Of Law. Robert currently serves on several boards which include: the Cincinnati Branch of the NAACP, the Hamilton County Democratic Executive Committee, the Young Professionals of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and the Young Leadership Society of the United Way. |
